A Random Quick Lesson In Smear Tactics.

Here is how to create a smear that will have just enough credibility to slip into a News story. If you really want to prove you are a great slime thrower you can’t measure your acumen based on whether or not Fox News repeated it. If Fox News did not repeat it you know you are doing it wrong and should start over.

First you have to take what Obama actually did say and get creative. For instance Ted Belman who is a master at this read this statement by Barack Obama:

"Nobody has suffered more than the Palestinian people from the failure of the Palestinian leadership to recognize Israel, to renounce violence, and to get serious about negotiating peace and security for the region. Israel is the linchpin of much of our efforts in the Middle East."

Then Ted Belman came up with this:

“Barack Obama has said, ‘Nobody has suffered more than the Palestinian people.'”

See how it works? He DID say that!

Now go out there and listen carefully to everything Barrack Obama says and do your best to cut and paste it into a smear. Remember, McCain is counting on your support. He can’t win without you.

"Have you heard this? Is it true?

White Christian Supremacist group the Ku Klux Klan has endorsed Barack Obama to be the next President of the United States of America.

Speaking from his Kentucky office in Dawson Springs, the Imperial Wizard exclaimed that anything or anyone is better than having that "crazy ass bitch" as President.

This is the first time in Klan history that any member of the KKK has ever publicly supported an African American candidate for the presidency.

KKK lodges all over America have been gathering and holding rallies supporting the black presidential candidate.

Grand Turk Cletus Monroe has also been very vocal about the election and has donated thousands of dollars to Obama's election fund.

"The boy's gonna do it. My Klan group has donated up to $250,000 to the Obama fund. Anything is better than Hillary Clinton. Hell I'll even adopt a black kid from Africa before I vote for Hillary."

An Open Letter to Fred Hobbs

Fred Hobbs, a state Democratic Party Executive Committee member in Tennessee had this to say the other day about why Lincoln Davis, a rural Tennessee Congressman with gubernatorial ambitions who is also a Super Delegate was slow to endorse Barack Obama:

“Maybe [it’s] the same reason I don’t want to — I don’t exactly approve of a lot of the things he stands for and I’m not sure we know enough about him,” Hobbs said when asked why he thought Davis wasn’t endorsing Obama. “He’s got some bad connections, and he may be terrorist connected for all I can tell. It sounds kind of like he may be.”

So in the spirit of our fine, upstanding organization i have written an open letter to him.

Dear Fred Hobbs,

I would like to applaud your recent statement implying Barack Obama is a terrorist. We here at Bigots United for McCain know that John can not possibly win on the issues. We need fine upstanding Americans like you to muddy the waters and cast doubt on the character and frankly the citizenship of the presumptive Democratic Nominee. We simply do not need a black man in office. Do we want our grade school children pointing to Africa on the map thinking it is where they live? No Sir!

If Obama gets in we will not be able to privatize Social Security and the country may very well spend a lot of money on health care for its populous instead of fighting wars in far off exotic lands. By the way, did you know Obama is Exotic? He is! And you can call him that on TV and not have to apologize!

John McCain can’t say so but he appreciates your support so I will say it for him. We love your strong commitment to your race and to the Presidential race being won by a real American who is not black.

It is already apparent that this election is going to be filled to the brim with racist slurs directed at the first African American to get his Party’s nomination. The lies, the fear mongering and the smears are already out there. John McCain has said he can’t control it. It seems to me he is inviting it.

In the spirit of “Ladies Against Women” an organization who followed Phylis Schaffley around the country and poked fun at her stand against the Equal Rights Amendment I thought it would be a good idea to make fun of these racists and McCain’s unwillingness to denounce them and thus I am forming a new blog, a new organization of people to make fun of John McCain’s most twisted supporters.
